On Board Video Laps Available Here...

Last weekend's 2009 Spa Classic 4 Hour Race was won by the No.3 Moto Guzzi Le Mans of Artigues and Sleurs, covering 71 laps across the two legs of the race. Second place went to the No.2 Axa Collection Kawasaki Z1000 of Haquin and Hampe who finished 3 minutes behind the Guzzi. Third place wnet to No.56 Bachelet Assurances Honda RS, with No.69 DD Moto Team Honda CB900F Bol d'Or fourth and the No.8 Team Bike Honda CB1100R fifth.

Team Glam Racing (P&M Kawasaki) were 7th, Mark Smith-Halvorsen and Luc Gysbrechts on the XZ Racing Honda CB1100R were 8th and Spike Edwards joined Maria Costello on the Equipe Rosbif Kawasaki to finish 51st after a disappointing Saturday leg.

As well as those already mentioned, bikes finishing the race also included A Laverda 1000 Crosa (No.40, 6th), a Ducati 900SS (No.55, 11th), a Bimota SB3 (No.26, 12th), a BMW R100 (Mo.25, 18th), a GSX1100 Suzuki (No.66, 26th), a Ducati Pantah (No.666, 27th) and a Rob North Triumph (No.29, 49th).

Fastest lap of the weekend went to the second overall Axa Kawasaki, with a time of 2:50.081.
