Oschersleben 24 Hour Free Practice and Qualifying - Rider Shuffle - Weird Bikes - Kawasaki France and Suzuka: An Answer Free Practice and First Qualifying Live Results will be available here: Timesheets are also available here: SERT Suzuki were quickest in both free practice sessions, with Kawasaki France in second in FP1 and QERT Kawasaki second in FP2. Yamaha Austria were third quickest in both free practice sessions. The story was similar in first qualifying, with SERT's Vincent Philippe (1:29.339) fastest in the first group, Kawasaki France's Gwen Giabbani (1:28.830) fastest in the second group and his team mate Julian Mazuecos (1:28.572) in the third. Kawasaki France and Suzuka 8H: An Answer Why weren't Kawasaki France at Suzuka? We asked rider Steve Plater, who did his best to avoid getting himself into trouble by not giving out a straight answer. Luckily, he spotted team manager Christian Bourgeois, who explained: "We had the budget for Suzuka from Kawasaki Europe, but it looks like something happened between Kawasaki Japan and the Suzuka Organisers and we couldn't go."
